Package Description
In 2022 there will be limited opportunities to venture into the wilderness at 3S Outfitters back country camp. These special trips are separate from the ranch stay but are hosted with the same care and attention to detail. The adventure begins when we pick you up in Jackson and travel by SUV to Flat Creek Ranch. From there you will ride into the Gros Ventre wilderness to our established camp. Wake up to fresh air and a full day of exploring what Wyoming wilderness has to offer, either hiking or horseback depending on the preference of the group. Gather around the fire, put your feet up, enjoying delicious meals, and fall asleep in comfortable traditional canvas wall tents and a warm bed. Take a leisurely morning as you pack up and head back to the ranch, and driven back to town. This is a perfect opportunity for both the novice and experienced outdoorsmen and women to immerse themselves in a pristine wild setting. Both horse supported hiking and guided trail riding trips are available. This excursion is recommended for family and groups up to 8 with children at least 11 years old.
