From traditional to decadent, our kitchen is supplied by local, organic meat and produce whenever possible, including fresh greens from our garden. The daily menus reflect seasonal bounty at the hand of an experienced and imaginative chef. The day starts with coffee delivered to your cabin followed by a gourmet breakfast with seasonal fruit, homemade granola and yogurt, fresh squeezed orange juice and something special and piping hot from the kitchen. A hearty lunch with fresh baked cookies and a four course dinner will finish off the day. For those heading out for an adventure, sack lunches with lots of snacks are provided.
An excellent selection of beer and wine, including many local names, is always on hand and always included. Drinks and appetizers start out on the deck as the day draws to a close. Duck confit, osso bucco with local beef, and stuffed pork chop are a few of the entrees you may enjoy. At the end of the night, you might even find yourself in front of a campfire with toasted marshmallow and all the fixings for s’mores.
